Programme Outline
The purpose of the sales clinic is to generate key ideas, crystallise thinking and focus on the necessary components involved in building a pipeline of consistent sales, while giving each delegate the confidence and tools necessary to take from each component what is required so as they are suitable equipped for improving their sales performance.
Who should participate in this course?
This clinic is suitable for those who are dealing with clients and prospects daily in a sales and/or sales support role. It is effectively your clinic for refreshing and improving your mental and physical approach to staying positive, organising your selling time, sales prospecting and closing sales. Coping with the daily challenges facing Ireland's sales community in this turbulent economic climate will always require taking time out to refocus and learn from others.
General Aims
The aim of the sales clinic is to give delegates the opportunity of creating a positive and planned approach to improving their sales performance. This will be achieved through focusing on and building the key ingredients for success in selling your products or services, by staying positive in tough times, improving organisational skills, focusing on the right channel for prospecting, and closing sales by taking the sell out of selling.

Learning Outcomes
At the end of this clinic delegates will have:

• A selection of practical sales related motivational techniques to use when the going gets tough
• A practical time management structure which is relevant to any sales related job description
• A selection of practical and relevant approaches to prospecting
• A useful guide and process to follow in closing sales more frequently
Workshop Structure
Delegates will have the opportunity to build and develop a strategy from each learning outcome and structure them to suit the products and services of their company through break out groups, case studies, relevant videos and role play. In real terms each delegate will have their solution developed and critiqued by their colleagues from each of the 4 units (Learning Outcomes) facilitated in this clinic.
